THE JOURNEY

Five stages, one coordinator

Route & rules review We confirm the destination's import rules — rabies titre timing, microchip standard, breed restrictions and quarantine obligations — before any booking is taken.

Veterinary schedule Your vet receives a dated checklist. Where a country requires an approved lab, we ship samples and track the certificate window so nothing expires in transit.

Crate fitting & acclimatisation A correctly sized IATA crate is delivered two to three weeks ahead so the animal is familiar with it. Airlines reject the wrong crate at the counter — we never let that happen.

Travel day A named handler collects, checks in and stays airside until the animal is loaded. You receive a photo and status update at every leg.

Arrival & clearance We clear customs and any veterinary inspection, then deliver to your door — or manage the quarantine stay with daily updates if one is required.

Straight answers

How far ahead should we book?

Two to five days for most routes. Rabies-controlled destinations such as Australia, New Zealand and Japan need six
to seven months because of titre test waiting periods.

Are snub-nosed breeds accepted? 

Yes, but only on carriers and seasons that permit them. Bulldogs, pugs and Persians travel on ground orin-cabin routings
wherever possible, and never through hot-weather embargo windows.

Is my pet sedated?

No. Sedation at altitude is unsafe and prohibited by IATA. Cratesare pre-acclimatised and handlers usecalming
protocols instead

What happens during a long layover?

Animals are moved to a climate-controlled comfort suite for water, feeding and a walk. Layovers over six hours always
include a handler visit and a photo update.

Can we track the journey?

Every pet delivery receives a KD-prefixed reference that can be used to track your pet.
